GENE GOULD'S ART -- SECOND PERIOD

"Fleurs sous la pluie" in French means "Flowers under the rain". This title chosen by the artist is explained by a hand-written note he made on the side of the canvas indicating that the painting was made in the Tuileries garden in Paris on August 25th, 1999.
